NASEEL Polystyrene Foam Stone
What is the product
Naseel stone foam is a product that combines the external cladding and thermal insulation of the building. This product consists of:
- The first layer: It is a compressed polystyrene material (which conforms to the specifications of the Saudi Organization for Standardization and Metrology), which gives the product the thermal insulation property.
- The second layer: It is a cement product with a polymer emulsion, which gives the product strength and rigidity, as well as the required external stone appearance.

- Completely cladding the buildings (or the facades only), which gives them an aesthetic and luxurious look.
- Thermal insulation of buildings and thus reduces electricity consumption.
- Renewal of facade cladding for old buildings and structures, as its very light weight does not constitute a load on the building.

Product installation method
- Raise the dimensions of the building or site
- Determine the required quantities of the product
- Preparing the wall by spraying it with water before installing the stone foam panels
- Mixing and preparing cement glue or glue for stone foam
- Apply the glue and spread it over the entire board, and then roughen it
- Install the panels well on the wall using the appropriate tools
- Pay attention not to hit the boards at all
- Putting spray foam glue between each board and another (in the joints area between the two boards)
- Apply a special acrylic material to completely seal the joints (taking care that there are no openings that may cause water to enter).
- Sealing the polystyrene places from the top and bottom of the panels with acrylic
- Make sure to cover it well from all visible sides
- Make sure to paint the panels within a period not exceeding one month from installation
- It is better to choose a good type of paint and stay away from fiery types
- The warranty is from 5 to 10 years
